Dr Herbert Basedow, an Australian anthropologist, undertook several trips into central and northern Australia between 1903 and 1928 during which he took over 2,500 photographs. Museum curator David Kaus will select highlights from the photography collection to be shown alongside Aboriginal artefacts and natural history specimens that Basedow collected.
