Why should I join MyTickets?

Joining MyTickets makes it easier for us to ‘Help you find tickets faster’. Having some information about you enables us to tailor our communication and features to you. And don’t worry, we will never ever give your details to anyone else.

Being a member of MyTickets gives you greater control to manage and customise your Alerts, Requests, Bookmarks, Saved Searches and Newsletters.

Plus, it’s absolutely free!

How do I join My Tickets?

Easy! Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on the ‘sign up’ link on the top right corner of any page to go to the member registration page.
  2. Fill out your details on the registration page.
  3. Customise your monthly MyTickets newsletter by telling us what you are interested. The more you tell us about yourself, the more we can help you find tickets for events that interest you.

You can update your account details at anytime by returning to the ‘My Account’ area located on the navigation bar on every page.

How do I change my email address or password?

  • To update your email address or password, simply login using your existing username and password.
  • Click on the ‘My Account’ link.
  • Click on the ‘password / email’ link in the Account Settings Box.
  • This will take you back to the registration page where you can update your details.
  • When you’ve finished updating your details, click the ‘save’ button at the bottom of the page.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

  • Click on the ‘Login’ link that is visible in the top right corner of every page.
  • Click on ‘forgot your password?’ link in the pop up and then enter your email address.
  • Once you have done this, wait a few seconds and you will receive an email with your password so you can return to MyTickets and login.

How do I subscribe to receive the MyTickets monthly newsletter?

The MyTickets customised monthly newsletter keeps you in the loop on upcoming events so you never miss events of interest again, and any of our new member features.

To subscribe to MyTickets monthly newsletter, simply:

  • Click on the Register now link in the top right corner of any page.
  • Fill in your details and opt in to receive the newsletter. You can customise your newsletter by ticking the boxes next to the event categories that interest you.
  • Click the ‘Save’ button.

How do I subscribe to receive MyTickets SMS Alerts?

When you sign up to become a member of MyTickets, simply provide your mobile phone number in the relevant field on the registration form.

When you are creating an Alert, simply check the SMS box in the ‘type’ field to receive that Alert via SMS.

SMS Alerts are charged at a standard rate of 55 cents per SMS.
