11. Saved Searches

What is a Saved Search?

Saved searches allow you to save time by saving your search preferences so you don’t have to re–enter them each time you return to MyTickets.

How do I save a search?

  • Search it – enter the what, where or when in the relevant fields on the homepage and click ‘search’.
  • Save it – on the results listing page, simply click the blue ‘save this search’ link on the top right of the results listings.
  • Name it – so its easy to remember on your next visit.
  • Retrieve it – when you return to MyTickets (you will need to be a member in order to retrieve your saved searches).

How do I retrieve and delete my Saved Searches?

To manage your Saved Searches you will need to register with MyTickets or sign in.

Once you are signed in, simply:

  • Click on the ‘My Account’ link located in the navigation bar on top of every page.
  • When you are in the My Account section, just click on the ‘manage my saved searches’ link. This will take you to a page that displays all your saved searches.

To retrieve a Search:

  • Click on the link to generate the results listings that match your search criteria.
  • Click ‘Search’ to refresh the search.

To delete a Saved Search

  • Click on the ‘delete’ link next to the saved search that you want to delete.
