How do I search for events & artists?
If you know the name of the event or artist you are looking for, just type the event name into the ‘what’ field in the search bar (located on the homepage or top of every page) and click the ‘search’ button.

How do I search for venues or specific locations?
If you know the name of the venue you want to go to or are looking for events in a specific location, simply type the name of the venue (e.g. Sydney Opera House) or location (e.g. Brisbane) into the ‘where’ field in the search bar (located on the homepage or at the top of every other page) and click the ‘search’ button.

How do I search for events at a specific time?
If you want to find out what events are on at a specific time (e.g. this weekend or next month) just type those words into the ‘when’ field in the search bar (located on the homepage or top of every page) and click the search button. If you would like to search for events on a specific date (e.g. 14 Feb) you can either enter the date into the ‘when’ field or click on the calendar icon and select the date.

What if I can’t find what I am looking for?
If you can’t find what you are looking for, don’t worry too much, you have lots of options!
Try these search tips:
- Search again, but this time expand your search criteria (by region or price) or try some different (or more general) keywords.
- Make sure all your search words are spelled correctly.
Still can’t find what you’re looking for? Here’s a few more options:
- Create an Alert to be notified via email or SMS when the artist, event, team, genre or venue you are interested in schedules an event.
- If it’s a specific artist you’re looking for but they don’t have an event scheduled, you can get together with other fans and request the artist to visit your location by starting a MyTickets Request..
- If you know that an event, artist, team or venue has an event on but you can’t find it on our site, tell us so we can update our information.
