1. About MyTickets
What is MyTickets?
MyTickets goal is to ‘Help you to find tickets faster’. Just think of us like a search engine for tickets – and only tickets.
MyTickets provides consumers with a one-stop destination for finding tickets. Unlike generic search engines that generate millions of results for a single query, our database only contains ticket-relevant information, which means you find the tickets you’re after every time.
We don’t sell tickets, instead we help solve the time-consuming and frustrating task of finding them.

Why should I use MyTickets?
MyTickets is the only online ticket destination in Australia that intends to provide event and ticketing information from all ticketing companies, websites, promoters and venues, regardless of the company who sells them.
What does this mean for you?
This means that when you are looking for tickets or event information, rather than jumping from website to website, or phone call to phone, you’ll be able to find all your event and ticket information in the one place – mytickets.com.au.
MyTickets helps you find tickets faster
A good example of our concept working in other industries is realestate.com.au or seek.com.au.
Remember how long it used to take to search for a house before realestate.com.au came along and aggregated all the relevant information into one place?
We’re doing exactly the same right here at mytickets.com.au for ticket and event information. Pretty soon you’ll wonder what you ever did without us!

How is MyTickets different from other ticketing websites?
Other ticketing websites only list event information for the events they are selling tickets for. This means that you have to jump from website to website and phone call to phone call until you find the event you are looking for. This can be a time consuming process, particularly if tickets to the event are being sold by a smaller or lesser known ticket company or venue that is ‘self-ticketed’. This means you need to know in advance which venue is staging the event, and finding this information can take hours.
MyTickets aggregates ticketing and event information from different promoters, ticket companies and venues into one destination, so that when you enter your search criteria, you’ll be presented with relevant ticketing information regardless of the company who sells them.
